At 22, I took a leap of faith and started my first product-based business, Mindful Intentions. I was passionate about creating spiritual tools and crystal-based products to help others on their journey of growth and transformation—just as these practices had profoundly impacted my own life. But passion alone wasn’t enough. In the first few years, I struggled to make consistent sales and often wondered if I had what it took to succeed.

Instead of giving up, I decided to lean into the logistics of business—learning everything I could about marketing, sales, branding, and product positioning. I refined my strategy, mastered platforms like Etsy, built my own website, and implemented systems that turned my business into a six-figure brand. Soon, Mindful Intentions was being sold in countless partner stores, and I was living the dream of running a successful business that aligned with my purpose.

Beyond strategy, I knew my mindset was the key to true transformation. My dedication to spiritual growth, faith, and personal development became the foundation of my success. The same energy healing and intuitive guidance that had supported my personal journey also helped me push through self-doubt, take bold action, and create the life I once thought was out of reach. I became a spiritual development coach, offering tarot readings and energy healing to help others clear the blocks holding them back.

8 years later, after creating multiple successful businesses rooted in these same principles, I’ve expanded my mission. As a small business coach, I help others take the leap to build product-based brands that truly represent them—turning their passion into profit and their vision into reality.
